i have been having a great time in the kitchen,my 2 sons are having pizza for tea,i have the bases so i blended cherry tomatoes,red onions,herbs(mixed),curry powder,salt and pepper,then i will top the pizza with chillies(scotch bonnet)spring onions etc.i hope they like it.
with the rest of the onions i blended tomatoes,garlic,herbs to make a base for pasta,i'm best pleased with myself.now i need to make a start on this blueberry jam.

they love all that stuff,i could'nt eat it though.making the jam at the moment ,its looking good.

have you tried a fruit pizza? yummee....where you would normally put the tomato puree bit on the ordinary pizza base spread blended tinned strawberries.......yum...and then top with fruit of your choice, sprinkle some light brown sugar on top and grill till it bubbles a lot.....

the boys loved the pizza but the oldest says it was a bit hot??????
