Waitrose definitely sell them.

If you don't have a Waitrose look around all sections that carry nuts, i.e. baking, snacks, etc.
Waitrose and M&S have them near me. Also try health food shops.
Healthfood shop. Bird food.
Try your local Asian shop.
Why not just suck the salt off before putting them in the bowl ?
That reminds me of my old Mum, OG she loved buttered Brazil sweets but she would always suck the coating off them and put the nuts to one side and eat them separately.

Thanks all - they are for a chinese recipe. Resorted to washing the salt off salted ones. Will stock up when next in M&S.
Avoid bird food peanuts. Quite often these are classed as being 'Not fit for human consumption'.
Holland and Barrett probably. When you in there pick me up a packet of the spicy coated peanuts. Nyum nyum.
I was looking for these a few weeks ago too mayennaise.
I couldn't find them so I bought a bag of red kernel peanuts in my local asian supermarket and then roasted/baked/toasted them myself. Dead easy and the skins peeled off really easily.
I buy KP salted peanuts from Asda.
To get rid of the salt, I wash the nuts in a colander.
Then I eat them with equal quantities of seedless raisins.
