Rye bread with Carraway Seeds

I asked this on AB some time ago and didn't have much luck, so I thought I would try again.

Where can I get Rye bread, with caraway seeds ? Its sometimes called Jewish Rye. Its a light rye bread, not those heavy loaves that you sometimes get made from rye. I expect some wheat flour is used as well as the rye.

ASDA used to make it in thier in-store bakery but stopped some time last year. We have quite a few Poles living here in South Wales and there is a fair sprinkling of specialist Polish Foodstufs shops but I have drawn a blank at all of them.

I have tried all the main supermarkets chains, with the exception of Waitrose.

health food shops such as Holland & Barrett might have it.
This looks a light version as it has wheat flour in too, you never know - making your own might just be the way to go.
