Brussels sprouts. Nasty, evil, sulphurous little things.
Eggs! boiled, fried, scrambled, hate the smell too!
i cannot stand mushrooms ... anything i have with mushrooms in, i remove them
Kidneys, my mum used to give us steak and kidney pie and pretend there was just steak in it, when I cut into it, all I could smell was wee, disgusting. And shellfish, disgusting (except prawns and lobster), all those ones that look like snails, arghhhhh.
I don't think I could manage balut
I'll have a go at most things but I draw the line at tripe. My mum loves the stuff and even eats it raw...yeuk.
snails, squid, any brassica, coconut, game (tried it and didn't like it)...endless list
oh yes, balut. I once meant someone who had eaten that in the Philippines. I asked him why and he said in hindsight he had no idea.
Offal of any kind...I have tried many of them but they are just not for me!
Shellfish and pate .......... and offal (except liver)
I had to google balut, wish i hadn't, LOL!
Curry.
Brussels are my favourite veg kiki - but only just cooked and still firmish, not "khaki brussels" as we can call them - cooked to death!
CURRY-OMG,that'll be on my list for foods I could not live without!
Ann - I think I was traumatised by overcooked sprouts at an early age, and now just the thought of them makes me heave. Although our local balti includes them in their veg curry, and they're quite palatable when you can't taste them!
oysters just thinking about them yuk!
Curry and spicy food - yuk!
Macaroni cheese.
Salted peanuts and peanut butter.
they taste completely different when they are not overcooked. They should be firm and leafy still. They used to make me want to puke when I was a kid (*my Mum overcooked them) and now I think they are yummy with lots of butter.
I tried oysters for the 1st time last year. Yukkkkkkkkkkkk. They tasted of the Humber estuary
The Mrs eats curry ganesh, I don't they look and smell disgusting imo.
