Slow cooking a beef joint....

I dont have a slow cooker, so I have to slowly cook my joint in the oven, what kind of temperature do I need to cook it at so that it will be ready in 5-6 hours please?

Cheers 4getmenot, finally it came with a little sachet of gravy, should I put that in straight away or should I leave it until its closer to finishing time?
