Freeze Lasgane

I always make too much so this time intend to freeze some however do i do this before i cook it or afterwards?

Afterwards. I always make a large dish and freeze individual portions.
Always cook the lasagne first, as then there's no chance of bugs breeding in your meal, and it's much safer than defrosting raw meals.
But lasagne is already cooked!!
As in all the elements are cooked before it's made into a lasagne.
My sheets of lasagne are raw until I put the whole lot in the oven together.
Forgot about the main part.

Can you freeze raw pasta?
Yes, me too, tenrec. Meat sauce is cooked, cheese sauce is cooked, but lasagne sheets are raw, when it's assembled and put in the freezer. Then it's cooked once it's defrosted.
I cooked mine and then froze leftovers. No prob.
ummm - freezing raw lasagne sheets works ok for me. They're covered up by the meat and cheese sauces, and it seems to work fine. Never poisoned anyone with it as yet.
I make mine with fresh pasta and freeze it before cooking. We have never had a problem with it and it's the way my family have always done it.
I would presume it wouldn't be a problem. The sauces would soften it...
either there are pros and cons for each, if you freeze it after its cooked it has a tendency to dry out, if you freeze it before its cooked then the lasagne curls!

I do it after ifs cooked and just add extra white sauce
