Heating croissants and pain au chocolat

Hi,

I'd like to find a better way to warm up croissants and pain au chocolat. At the moment I either put them in the oven or under grill, but I'd like to find a way that doesn't involve the possibility of burning them.

I've seen toasters with warming racks on top. I've also seen things like toaster ovens, 3-in-1 breakfast makers, and electric pizza cookers.

I thought there might be a toaster with a wider slot to drop the croissant into (without cutting it in two).

I'd go for the toaster with warming rack, does this work well? Really I just want something as easy as cooking toaster, so it pops up or bings or switches off when ready.

I put mine in the mircowave for 15-30 secs.
I do them under a low-temp grill for a few minutes either side and have never burned them. I have a toaster with a warming rack but have never used it for this purpose.
