Right then - it's going to be be roast beef, yorkshires, savoy cabbage, potatoes and gravy - for one. And I will enjoy a bottle of red wine. What are other singletons eating?
BTW Morrison's thick rib is an excellent cut for pan/oven roasting and very reasonable in price.

i made soup tonight(veg)so we will have that,
boiled pots.carrots mashed together,haggis,turnip.

I made some really good stock from last week's chicken but it's in the freezer at present. Neighbours now home so will have to ask for windfall apples!

I'm having a rump steak with peppercorn sauce, served with asparagus and steamed new potatoes :)
