Good Chinese Restaurant London?

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good chinese restaurant in central London?
Ideally we'd like an eat as much as you like restaurant but if not, a la carte (but at a relatively reasonable price if poss!).

You could try Chinese Experience, on Shaftesbury Avenue. Food is decent and not expensive.

There is a very good chinese restaurant called Wong Kei.

It is famous for the rudeness of the staff, very laughable, but the food is out of this world.

At lunch times they do set menus.

I thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Do NOT go to Mr Wu's. Although it is cheap (4.95 all you can eat buffett - one t or two?) the place itself is a bit run down and there wasn't much choice for fussy people like me!

There are some good places in Chinatown but always look at the compartments of food before you go for a buffet as sometimes they're full of veg & nothing else or if it looks stale - don't bother & go somewhere else Ahhhhhhhhh Wong Kei's lol
