Breakfast in London

Im taking my son to the British International Motor Show in London next month. We will be getting into London quite early and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good cheap(ish) place for a English breakfast in central London or on the way to The Excel centre in the Docklands area.. TIA

if you are driving, go to the Ace Cafe, on the North Circular A406, cant be beaten, full brekkie about 6 quid, but its awsome
