Eating Out

too much salt in this restaurant's food

An indian restaurant we went to last night served food that had soo much salt in it that I could not eat it. I sent my food back but the waiter just gave me something else equally salty. The waiter did not think there was a problem with either dish but I did not eat the food and left hungry.
My husband ate his food, but then was up all night drinking loads of water.
Should I report this restaurant as a possible health hazard. (Someone with kidney problems could get ill with too much salt in one meal.)
If so, who do I report the restaurant to?
