Napkin folding? Help!!!

I have recently opened a restaurant and my mother seems to remember faintly how to make a christmas cracker out of a napkin. Can anyone please remind her and put us out of our misery? We have been trying to figure it out for weeks!!!

Hmmm.

It's not really clear what you mean by a 'christmas cracker'. However you fold a napkin, it isn't going to go 'bang'! ;-)

However, if you want to fold a napkin into a roll, so that it hold the cutlery in a similar way to the contents of a cracker, see here:
