Eating out in Liverpool

Does anyone know of anywhere good to eat in Liverpool near the Jury's Inn at Albert Dock, which isn't too expensive (as we are only down for one night)???

Just somwhere nice will do......

There are several restaurants around the Abert Dock,and you could try www.sugarvine.com/liverpool/search which lists all the various types of cuisine available

Thanks, have you any personal favourites? Or have you used this website for other locations in the past?

Reccomendations are really what I am after, as I don't have time today to really search for somewhere to go....

Any suggestions are good if you have any!!

My favourites are both in Duke Street,"il Forno"(italian) and Savina (mexican).Duke Street.runs from Paradise bus station up to the Anglican Cathedral. I've also been to an italian restaurant in the Albert Dock called "est est est"but it has,very recently,changed its name

Thank u tyrepill, Savina sounds great. Do you normally have to book there? If so, I love Mexican, so will do just that!
