Decent places to eat Shaftesbury Avenue area please

Hi it's been a while since we came up to London, but we're going up to town to the theatre in a few days. Can anyone recommend a good and dare I say reasonably priced (well as reasonably priced as you can get in London) in or near Shaftesbury Avenue. Thanks ever so.

The Rainforest Cafe is quite reasonable and its in Shaftesbury Avenue. You can book a table and see the menu online at www.therainforestcafe.co.uk

Cantina Laredo - very good Mexican, can't remember the street name but on the edge of Covent Garden in a new development next to Jamie's Italian. Excellent meal a couple of weeks ago - yum yum!
If you want cheap but edible there is a bella italia
Porters in Covent Garden is grand- awesome food owned by a very nice very committed man who really loves food and still makes sure everything is as it should be despite not being exactly hands on.
Frith Street runs off Shaftesbury Avenue. You'll find a branch of the excellent Bistro 1 there (which is popular with many ABers, including me):
