When I used to run a club bar we had several diabetic members who would sometimes ask about the suitability (in terms of sugar content) of new products. In every case I phoned the helpline of the relevant company and, also in every case, I received clear information from people who were happy to answer questions on behalf of diabetics. So I suggest contacting the Consumer Helpline of InBev UK on 0870 24 111 24.

To the best of my knowledge, all low alcohol and alcohol free lagers are produced by brewing 'normal' lager and then removing the alcohol by distillation. (That was certainly the case with the stuff they used to produce at the Hope Brewery in Sheffield. Customs and Excise staff had to periodically attend to witness the alcohol being poured down the drains. That was to ensure that their was no duty payable on the alcohol-free product). If the alcohol free version of Becks is produced by a similar method, it follows that the sugar content should be roughly similar to the 'normal' version.
