1 UK pint = 568.26 ml, so 1/3 pint = near enough 190 ml.
1 US pint = 473.12 ml, so 1/3 pint = near enough 160 ml.
(1/4, 1/3, or even 1/2 of a pint can be referred to as a gill, but the legal measure of a gill is 1/4 pint).

When I was at school the free school milk came in 1/3 pint bottles, so if you can remember them, it will give you an idea of how much it is.
