caffiene

hi, i have been cutting out caffiene for a couple of years now. I like fizzy drinks but haven't really had any because i didn't know if they had caffiene. Does tonic water have caffiene? bitter lemon? Lemonade?

I used to have an addiction to Pepsi, the sugar and caffiene used to send me into warp. I have replaced it with Tesco brand sugar free limeade and have never looked back, no caffiene or sugar in that one.

And you can get caffiene free diet coke as well. My mum drinks that after being advisied to cut it out :-)

Bitter drinks (tonic water, bitter lemon) contain quinine compounds but no caffeine.

It is...but I don't think it works that way. Be bloody handy if it did....

On the label it just says carbonated apple juice (100%)

You can get Peartize too and another fruit one that I can't think of right now....I think it's Grapetize.

hmmm! i DO like appletize and didn't realise it's one of five a day. You can't drink 5 to make your five unfortunately as juice can only count once no matter how much you drink!
