Foul Mouthed Mother!

I was in hairdressers this morning and sitting in waiting area for my turn. On sofa opposite was a woman and two kids - boy aged about 8 and girl about 9. Both looked bored stiff and were wandering about , fiddling with the magazines etc . This woman suddenly snapped and shouted, or screamed is more apt - "Will you two stop f@cking about and sit the f@ck down!!". Everyone turned to look at her but she just didn't care. When the girl started whining that she wanted to go home she carried on" will you stop f@cking moaning and sit down! I'm sick of the f@cking sight of the pair of you!!" By the time I left she was glaring at them as if she hated them and still mouthing off, and left me wondering why do some people even have children?? If it wasn't for the fact that it wasn't my business and I'd have probably got a slap I was tempted to say something. Probably wise that I didn't! Felt really sorry for the kids when I left.

Not good is it? Probably it's the way she was brought up so normal to her.

I'm an impatient person but don't think my kids have ever given me reason to lose my temper in public.

I was in that situation on the bus, woman was off her head, f this and f that at the child, couldn't wait to get off the bus. Poor kids.

I'm very impatient but would dream of talking to my kids like that either at home OR in public.

would have thought the hairdressing staff could have had a word to calm her down, or refused to see her.

The owner wasn't there today and honestly this woman looked as though you really didn't want to argue with her. Hard as nails with eyebrows that looked at though they'd been drawn on with a permanent marker!

Smow, the way of the world I'm afraid, you done right to say nothing, she sounded one of these chavs that would have smacked you and think nothing of it, how did you go on with your B&B?

I know what you mean, some people don't think twice about picking a fight . (And no luck yet , a couple of hotels have been suggested nearby in a place called Argyle Square I think?? Going to have a look later on)

Well there are obviously a lot of perfect parents on here!!

You do not know what that mother has to contend with day in and day out she could be at the end of the final straw
And smow to make such personal comments about her appearance is not very nice at all!
