I've just had a haircut and beard trim (No. 4 all over) done by the girls, they're both at home today, then been thrown in the shower, plaster casts covered in carrier bags (Waitrose of course) taped on. Best feeling since coming out of Hospital on Sat. afternoon. Casts should be coming off in about a week now so I think I might miss the assistance ;o)

Balders, ask them to monitor the situation for at least 3 months, just to make sure after plaster has come off :D x

Can't you sort of look pathetic and wobbly and in need of help after the casts come off Baldric. You never know, it might work - for a while.

Glad to hear you are feeling chipper Baldric, take it easy man. You will not be running marathons in a week after the casts are off. Physio, and slow but sure is the standing order. Haha the "ladies" will be glad of a rest. I do hope that Mrs B had a good evening at her retirement get together.
