My lovely granddaughter & her family are coming to stay tomorrow and she has a gluten free diet. What sort of things can I give her. We were going to do a roast gammon salad with new potatoes. Is this ok and what else can I give her?

Check the ingredients - if it says wheat or gluten then no!

Tesco, Asda, Morrisons and Markies have free from products. I know that Tesco also have frozen free from stuff.

Perhaps your family could take stuff with them.

Thank you Tuvok I will have a look in Tescos I want to have tea ready for when they come
The gammon with salad and new potatoes sound perfect. Avoid any dressings unless you check the ingredients list. Eton Mess for dessert maybe? Seasonal, delicious and gluten free.
