What To Pack For A One Night Trip?

i'm in pathfinders and we are going to go on a one night stay in a mall, it well be fall/autumn so coldish but i don't know what to pack! help!

if you're actually in the mall it won't be as cold as outside, but presumably quite chilly towards dawn. All this will depend where you are, though: Miami or Aberdeen? The difference in temperature would be substantial.

If it's only for one night I would pack a bottle of Jack Daniels and a carton of Lucky Strike. That will keep you warm.

At Scout camp us "grown ups" got all the kids to bed, make sure at least two of us were sober then have a snifter or three round the campfire.... was better than hot chocolate

My 9 year old recently went on a Brownie Safari sleepover for the night, 2000 girls all sleeping in a giant marquee, her pack list was....

sleeping mat
Sleeping bag
Small pillow
pj's (or at least warm nightwear)
Toothbrush & toothpaste
clean underwear
hair brush and spare bobbles to tie their hair up

Not familiar with folk being allowed into malls to "camp" but I'd suggest warm clothing, maybe a blow-up pillow for your head. Perhaps a bedroll to make the floor a little less hard, a candy bar or three, maybe a bottle/can of juice. And a good sense of humor.
