csa etc

hi, if a couple with children split up, can the NRP offer to pay the mortgage instead of maintenance? Friend is trying to work out how she'll be better off - agreeing to that or if she goes to the CSA whether he'll have to pay maintenance AND mortgage

Yes, why not?
Wouldn't go via the CSA though. If the NRP if offering to pay the mortgage then do it between them
My daughters dad pays my rent and poll tax in place of maintenance - makes my life much easier
CSA are useless unless the resident parent is claiming benefits!
Now that's true! And even then they are still useless
what is the NRP
Non Resident Parent.
