Present for mother inlaw

Anybody have any ideas what I can buy for a gift for my mother inlaw? She is a simple woman, never wears jewelery, wears basic clothes. She has a bad back. I just have no idea. She doesn't really have any hobbies?

does she use skin care(not makeup)? would she like a premium brand gift set? DVD's? Music? a token? Flowers or a plant are always nice if she hasn't got allergies. What does she talk about?

She doesnt drink either suprisingly! No interests at all apart from cooking, cleaning and looking after grand kids really. I am trying to think of something with her bad back

Those wheat bags you heat in the microwave are good to relieve aches. However, a consultation with a good osteopath will be more worthwhile.

If she loves cooking a hamper of interesting ingredients like expensive spices wild rice, dried mushrooms, really good pasta etc
