Without knowing her weight etc it's impossible to give an exact amount of fluid she should be having, but you can be sure she's getting enough if her nappies are regularly wet and the urine is a pale yellow in colour. Dehydration (i.e. lack of sufficient fluids) is easy to watch out for as the nappies will be less wet and the urine a darker colour with a stronger smell. A baby who is severely dehydrated would also have a sunken fontanelle (the soft spot in her skull) and would be tired/fretful. I don't think you have anything to worry about - as long as you offer milk or water at regular intervals, your baby will be fine! Hope this helps.
