identifying baby born or annabell doll help needed---

i want to identify a doll my daughter got from a car boot sale its got zapf creation on the back and year 2006. its got hole in mouth for bottle and also holes i presume for weeing and poos? theres no where i can see that batteries go but there is this odd screw looking thing in the middle of its back that opens but doesnt fully come out ...no idea what its there for. help please

Just Googled it - Baby Born on ebay... one listing says she has a screw at the top centre of her back.x

I googled again and there is supposed to be a key that you put in it's back to stop it crying.x :o/
