I had a Bosch battery powered drill as a Christmas present a couple of years ago. I have just used it to put a piece of trellis up on the fence. I am chuffed to bits!

I spent ages looking for a key to release the drill bit that was in there. There isn't one. :-)

I will not patronise you by saying "Well done" but the sense of achievement on a job well done is a great feeling.

Patronise away, Donny. I don't mind a 'well done', now and again. Don't get many of them now. :-)
WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!
Question Author
Ta, Donny.
Your present giver had good taste, it's a quality drill.
Question Author
I do find it quite difficult to unscrew the end of it, to release the drill bit though.
What I used to use ,because they were in my tool box, were opposing strap wrenches. I had them for undoing filters but similar articles are used for jar tops.

Oh, I have something like that in the kitchen. Good idea, Donny! Thank you.
Congratulations!
It's a great feeling to look at a job well done.
:-)
Keyless chuck ? They are popular these days.
You have a bit of a problem because you haven't got a chuck key, chuck.

A universal one is cheap enough.

Haha. Well done Tills, a Stoke girl is bound to have skills with the Jimmy Jewels, especially a miner's daughter. :))
Well done Tilly - I guess this isn't your S African outlet then? ;-)

You will be hoovering up all those drill bits and drills I told you about in Aldi now. (^_*)

Thanks for that L_I_K! Not mine I'm afraid.

I wonder what a jungle gym is?

Togo, someone else gave me a whole beautifully presented box of Bosch drill bits. The problem is, I don't know what some of them are for. :-(
Some of your drill bits will probably be masonry bits, they look to have an insert in the drilling end.
Agin.
@donny48... A Keyless Chuck... In which case my answer was somewhat Clueless.

Hans.
