I'm 17 &pregnant and my mom filed for emergency custody because of my dad constantly cussing at me and him smoking weed in the house with me in it. I heard it is really hard to get &I'm going to be 18 in 7 months so by the time the regular court process would pass I would already be 18. Does she have any chance of getting me soon?

We are a UK based site and may not be best placed to advise you I'm afraid.

Try nearer home and I wish you well.
We are a UK site and the law is different here, I assume you are in the USA?
In the UK as you are 17 you could make your own decision which parent you live with, it would not need a court order.
You need to ask someone who will know the law in your home state as the law varies from one state to another. Can you contact a lawyer in your own town/ state for advice? Best of luck and hope it all goes well. sorry we can't help you more.
It will depend on the state family law in the state where you are living
goggle

emergency custody orders .....

( and then put in the state where you are )
California for example has this: http://www.courts.ca.gov/1185.htm

and it says under "emergency cases" ......

It is extremely hard to get temporary orders. You must prove to the court that there is a really good reason for them and a risk of “immediate harm to the child.”

I hope it goes well for you and your little baby
A US site that might be better for you:

(Rather oddly, the 'Law' section is accessed by clicking on 'Politics and Government' and then on 'Law and Ethics')
I love these threads where the poster has no intention of taking any of our advice.
Emergency order over there are ex parte ( there is a new word for it )
which is one sided - but if she knows about it then she must have been given notice and so .... I would turn up and defend the petition
a defended petition is much more unlikely to be granted without a full hearing

doesnt sound as tho she has much else on - erm by wh I mean
that she has an exactly full appointments diary
