Busy making a Halloween costume

Anyone else making outfits for Halloween? I'm making 'cat in the hat' for my 18 year old, amazing what you can make out of a £4 throw over. Have missed doing this for the kids. Whats everyone else making, we've had quite a selection over the the years, best one was a tube of toothpaste, won first prize everytime with all the kids and so easy to make.

Just got halloween box down from loft. My son was Sweeney Todd couple of years ago others kids have been witches, werewolfs ghosts etc but my best 1 was my daughter dressed up as a mummy, made out of rolls of toilet tissue every1 knew where shed been as there was a trail all over scheme :)

Ah, you must be in Scotland alid, I haven't heard it called a scheme in years!

haven't made costumes for the kids, not brave enough, but I have made a witch's dress for the youngest one's teddy bear (I wish I was kidding!) Made one for the oldest girls bear inc. hat last year...cheated this year though and bought the hat! ahhh that things we do for our kids :)
