I was watching the news.
The number 19 terminates in Kirkby Tower Hill, it does pass through Croxteth via the East Lancs it also calls on Breck Road, Robson Street, Goodison Park (be still my beating heart) and Walton Hall Avenue, I think the 19A is a special service for Kirkby industrial estate, you may be thinking of the 17 or the 18 which goes past the gates of the country park.

On a serious note (just for you) there are several new developments in Croxteth that are very nice (especialy around Croxteth Park) it depends how you define affluence a lot of the new apartments in the Liverpool 1 development start at £99000 Croxteth is a big place (like Glasgow) it's got it's good parts and it's bad parts.
The problem with the Rhys Jones thing is that his family are very respectable I don't know them but I know several people who do.
For a Messiah you cast a lot of stones it's very easy to sit 100s of miles away and say why does'nt somebody say something? The Police knew within days who did it, they were parked at the end of their street the whole time afterwards.
LISTEN REPEAT AND UNDERSTAND THEY WERE COLLECTING EVIDENCE, the estates the accused live on are not places were you can talk to Police easily, these odd mark firms ae well armed thanks to Curtis Warren etal, if you're going to talk to the Police then you're going to do so quietly and nor would you take kindly to the Police broadcasting the information you've just given them.
Seriously it has to be said sometimes you are complete ar5e.

Leg the trouble with you is that you're big on mouth and short on ears and with little inbetween.
You don't have to go to "Crimestoppers" to report a crime there are other avenues.
Given that you don't live here and given that you're hundreds of miles away you can be forgiven for your ignorance as the only news access you have is from TV, take it from me the Police had all the information they needed to know they just needed to collect the evidence, if you want to talk seriously about it then I'll ask you a serious question.
In the Gorballs, do people tell the Police what's happening openly?
