I don't understand your message at all.
First of all, I don't know why you have been banned or what you have been banned from, second of all.. I don't know what I am meant to be 'sorting out' and last but not least, I have no idea what number that is you are giving me and why it doesn't work.

According to the diagram here http://www.umm.edu/imagepages/1055.htm approximately 2/3 of your diet should be made up of fruits, vegetables, and grains and cereals...these are all complex carbohydrates. So try to limit the cereal and add a bit more fruit or have wholegrain bread instead.
