I had a sandwich consisting of
bread (home made, 2/3 white, 1/3 granary)
containing french brie and
chicken (slow roasted with ginger and garlic)
washed down with Tropicana raspberrry and mandarin juice mixed with lemonade
followed by Petit Filous chocolate desert.
This isn't just lunch. This is CB lunch.

I am waiing for my other half to bring me back a tuna mayo roll with sweetcorn, onion & salad in! Has to be soft roll though, or a sandwich :)
I'm also drinking my way through 2 litres of Pepsi max, eugh!

i aksed for a turkey salad bageutte and when i got back to work it had morphed into a chicken tikka salad bag, i ate it anyway and now wish i didn't as i feel sick

Followed by cup of Sumatra Mahndeeling coffee with yet more bread, with Italian forrest honey (fantastico).

I had brown rice and chilli con carne made with Dolmio, which I just added hot chilli powder and kidney beans to.

Hi Margo - I have really pigged out, excuse being it's Friday! Two muffins with vegetable Frikadellen ( German meatball things with mixed veg in them )
A large bakewell tart & a small bar of chocholate :0(

yeah, the ad made it stick in my mind for sure but deep down I'm sure it put me off them. Handled by 20 pensioners. er no.
I like coco pops, but they turn the milk brown don't they.

Weight Watchers quiche and a pacekt of Mini Cheddars. I tried to pinch some of my niece's Rainbow Drops when she popped in, but she caught me and cried. :(

He says at 1.30 he is going to the gym, will be an hour to and hour and half!
I said he would be much longer and he said not as he was getting my food! So here I am, nearly 3 hours later, still waiting! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!
