Enjoy it, watch out for idiots - there are plenty - and consider those around you.

Hey thanks for the posts!! Another question, I am picking the car up with my boyfriend and his dad, now do I go off on my own for a bit in the car, or have my boyfriend in the car with me for my first drive? My boyfriend hasnt got a license and I am 23 if that helps?!

Cheers for asking Morello.

It was very scary!! But I am getting use to it! I had my partner in the car which seemed to calm me down more, had a good few drives around town on my own and I am driving to work! Still a bit nervous when I get in the car! Cheers for the posts!

That'll pass. Remember to try and relax, a tense driver will make daft mistakes and over react. If you live in a city, get out into the countryside when you can. Happy days.
