Royal Mail; how do I contact them

I wish to contact Royal Mail about a missing package. The only way for me to express the finer points of the situation would be for me to speak to them directly via email.

This is possible, as I've done it before. Unfortunately, they discourage this as best they can by making the facility very difficult to find. I've spent about 20 minutes looking for their email facility (in order to contact them) and have drawn a complete blank. Your help would be appreciated.

I my experiance never unless they want u to.
Sorry I can't be of more help.
Let me know if u have better luck than I have.
They won't really be interested in the finer points - only the basic facts
If this is one you sent then you can pick up a form from your local post office to put in a claim.
