bank

havetaken some money from my bank account that was paid in by the bank by mistake. i have 2 accounts with the same bank and i know that this money will have to be paid back 600.00 if i put money into another acc to pay bills can the bank take that money to pay back what is owed without informing me

they probably have that in the small print you signed when they openned the account so they probably can. Not sure of the legalities but it would be a civil matter anyway. In reality they'll prbabably do some sort of repayment deal that you can agree with them.

If you put the money in another account with the intention of paying bills you are stealing it.
