Getting letter from bank??

I need a letter from the bank to prove who i am with my address on it, for a claim, anyway i have to send 3 proves of my identity,i have my passport, a utility bill,but stumped for another, as i pay everything online, i dont wish to sent them a bank statement,will the bank provide me with a letter, dont have a driving license by the way!!!!

Child benefit statement? Tax code notification? You can blank out the figures/account details on your bank statement

Thanks factor, will do that will have to get them to give me a statement as i get my bank statement online!!!
