risk assessment - fire

I work from home and I'm going to have people starting to work for me here. So I think I should do a formal risk assessment for fire.

Does anyone know of a precedent checklist on the web?

Otherwise, my risk assessment will be limited to:

1. I don't think there's much risk of fire.

2. If there is one, run out of the building.

So I need a proper list of things that I need to check off.

Thanks.
