cosign loan

a person has good income but bad credit. could someone else whos income is only $530 a month be a co signer for a loan for that person?

Ask the lender.

I assume by the language that you use that you are not in the UK and as this is a UK based site, most people won't have the experience to be able to advise you on money lending in another country.
