Is it possible to transfer money between bank accounts in the same name by cheque without being suspected of money laundering?

There's a big difference between transferring money out of your one account and putting it into another account,which most people will do,and money laundering.

If you have a valid reason and are not money laundering then why not tell your bank why so they know it's not suspicious.
