Who pays for Orange Wednesday - the cinemas or Orange?

Not sure if anyone will know the answer to this but I want to know who funds the Orange Wednesday campaign. Do Orange pay the cinemas to take part or do the cinemas give Orange a contribution since they are driving customers to the cinema when they otherwise might not go?

Orange will pay in some way, otherwise the Cinema's would just do a 2 for 1 offer themselves without having to bother involving Orange.
