mileage claim form

anyone knows which form is correct for claming mileage tax? i need claim 2006 milealage, but i only can find one form called tax relief for expenses of employment year ended 5 april 2008 from HM revenue customs, is that a right one? cheers

Yes it is a P87, you can download it in pdf format
http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/forms/p87.pdf.
