best incentive for 16 year old to open bank account

my daughter has recently got her first part -time job and needs to open a bank acount .

she already has one but feels that another one would be better.

i have heard that banks are now giving incentives to new customers and would like to know which would be the best bank to go for

thanks.

Preferably one that does not let her go overdrawn until she is over 18. Some banks do allow under 18s to go over by up to £50 as a buffer zone, I personally disagree with this system. Have a look at HSBC or maybe Natwest, they offer plenty of incentives for teens? Another one is Alliance and Leicester but I am not sure whether they offer anything!
