Was I overcharged?

I've had nothing but trouble with my TV/DVD/Video/SKY set up since I got my new DVD recorder. I have had friends as well as Curry's and Sky come over and try and set it up and each time it has not worked.
Today a local aerial firm came over- 2 men- and set it up BADLY- I still can't get the video to play through anything- and charged me £26 for the new aerial and £90 for 2 hours labour! When I phoned initially they said it would cost £45 for the call out plus the cost of materials.
I think £45 an hour is excessive! What do you think?

I rang a local aerial erector on Friday evening and
left a message on his answer phone asking him
to put up an aerial, he rang me back at 4pm on
Saturday to check if I was in, he arrived at 4.15pm {in very windy weather] He put a tv aerial
in a bedroom, extended an existing aerial in another room, he was here for at least one hour, did a great job and charged £30. Although
this is different to your experience it just shows what can be done with efficiency, Hope you get
sorted out.

You've been charged £45 an hour for two men - sounds about right.

But they haven't done the job. Tell them you want the job done right, and you won't be paying again.
