Has anyone had any dealings with Martin Welch or his Property locator private members club?
If so did the service he offers live up to expectations, would you recommend joining his club?

If you don't have a bargepole go out and buy one.

No experience of this one but property investment seminars are a well known scam and the first few google hits were enough to send me screaming for cover.

Its sad to say that Martin welch property locators club now not giving the services any more but i have bee a part of it and I earned $500 to $5,000 per property deal .It was fantastic experience for me working with Martin Welch property locator group as i worked part time and i received the assistance more than i expected.
