a watch lost two minutes per hour.if on monday 9 A.M the watch was exactly showing 9 A.M.then what is the time on wednesday 9A.M.

i would've thought when the watch showed 9 AM Wednesday the real time would be 10.36 A.M or at exactly 9 A.M the watch would show 07.24. i worked this out by assuming watch is losing 48m a day, after 48 hrs it will be 1hr 36m slow. but i may be totally wrong so wait for someone else's answer to confirm this or more likely prove me completely wrong and give a simple solution.

It depends on whether you want the time the watch shows when it's really 9am Wednesday or whether you want the real time when the watch is showing 9am Wednesday

Is this a trick question? On Wednesday at 9AM it will be 9 in the morning.

Good point Sandy. So there are three possible answers. And that just assumes we are talking about Wednesday in the same week

This is not a clear question........use another watch.

It loses 2 mins an hour so in 48 hours(2 days) it will be 96 mins slow! (1hr 36 mins) even you can work that out ramzanbashir. Try to work out your own homework, it's no good just copying an answer.
