Topics have been about the pigs IS, the pedos in the likes of Rotherham, Lee Rigby, may people around the world getting murdered / beheaded by these pigs, as much as some on here may think of my views, I do not pussy foot, but surely the Muslims if any that come on here must feel shame, sorrow, ashamed to be of that religion, surely they can do something to stop these evil acts? you can get a bad egg out of a Doz, but the amount of evil caused by these people must / can / be sorted out by these people & not by the likes of UK Government. I have / you have heard some of them say we will do this / that but still the evil occurs, one way or another they must be funded by someone, to my way of thinking, try and stop the funding, they will feel the result, Eg/ how many of us use their Taxi services? a lot Imagine, how many use their eating houses? one ell of a lot, when you have a quiet moment just think what the likes of Lee Rigby's family are / have been going through, maybe that will make them think, it may make you decide! decide what? decide not to fund them.

But since the Muslim population of the UK is like the Christian population - millions of perfectly normal people going about their daily lives causing no trouble to anyone - and a few thousand head cases who want to wreak terror and havoc all over the place -
I find that such a gesture would not only be futile - it would be mis-directed.
Unless you are going to assume that all UK Muslim are IS supporters - and I don't - then you punish the innocent along with the guilty.
What's the good of that?

Would you want to tar all British Muslims with the same brush?
The funding from ISIS comes from a number of sources. These include wealthy oil states in the Gulf, the sale of oil in the lands they occupy, and the sale of artifacts looted from museums and archaeological sites.
I can't see your taxi driver or kebab seller making donations to them.

I consider myself a christian, but in no way do I associate myself with the many, many, many groups which preach hate in the name of my faith and in no way do i feel shame when they spout their gobs off or worse for what they believe.
Why should any normal Muslim feel the same about the nutters within their faith?
And lets not get into what some nuns and catholic priests do undercover of their religion either!

To return to the greater point,no larger group of people should shoulder the sins of the bad within them - as stated the Catholic Church ( amongst others) have a bad press, I as an RC born and bred take no responsibility for their actions.
I feel disgust yes but no part in what they do.
Living in a gritty northern town, I can well imagine me demanding a'Non Muslim' Taxi driver - my limited escape from being housebound would be complete and achieve nothing and alienate me from many lovely people I chat with regularly.
