Just recently I`ve noticed a significant fall off in the service from a number of companies who you would expect to do better.
To give you an idea here`s some examples
Virgin Atlantic 6 weeks to refund £80 despite numerous phone calls.
Audi Finance and Marks and Spencer failing to send out an account closure confirmation and nil balance.
Barclays consistently failing to resolve a minor issue and then expecting me to sort it out.
Several companies failing to respond to short polite requests for information.
What school of customer service do these people come from.

The least worst school of customer service

see it every day - I bank with RBS because they had the least number of complaints, whch are tabulated somewhere. RBS - the ones that lost £22bn ? Yeah them. and whenever they do something awful I think - well it could be XYZ and we know they are much worse ....
