I have been watching a programme on TV about the building of the 'Shard' in London ; which, today, has been announced as having been completed.

Apart from my view that the structure was unnecessary, I am full of admiration and praise for all who were involved in its construction.

Accordingly, I say that, the Director of Operations for the building, had a far harder task than did Bob Diamond.

It is magnificent and a tremendous feat of engineering. Although I don't think that my window cleaner will be submitting a tender for it's external maintenance; although I think he might be intelligent enough to take over from Bobby Rhinestone at Barclays Bank.:-)
