I live in England and have postage stamps from Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Can I use these to send mail to an English address

They're all valid throughout the UK (and towards the cost of postage to anywhere in the world):

Stamps we buy in Northern Ireland are exactly the same as stamps you buy in England.
same as you can use stamps you bought years ago, as long as the value adds up the correct amount (only post-1971 will count!)
I'd love to have a Welsh postage stamp, could you ...er...post one to me?
