Bank of Scotland Online.. Need help ASAP!

Does anyone else use the Bank of Scotland online service? I just checked my bank account and it says N/A. It's also saying that they are having difficulty retrieving my account information. My money is still there, right?! Having a minor panic attack right now.............

It's still showing my ISA balance which is why i'm a bit worried :|
