nat west system down

online ,telephone banking down cash machines not up to date....just given false promises that it will be on soon....first 10am then 11am then noon and now they dont know

that surprises me redhelen.NW site implies all is down. Local branch told me they could not view transactions made yesterday and overnight.

amazing rh.....so much for what they say when people ring......at cash machine funds available is showing me low with no credit of salary ....i hasten to add no salary credit has ever been late before.
